Parties engaged in Belarus’ second Twinning Project with the European Union report initial progress
Strategic documents shaping the initial course of Belarus’ second Twinning Project with the European Union have received formal approval of the project leaders, who gathered for the first Steering Committee Meeting (SCM) at the headquarters of the National Cadastral Agency of Belarus on May 28, 2019.
Project registration was top of the agenda. The BC Project Leader reported on the current status of the project registration procedure and assured the audience that formal registration procedure advance properly.
Following the meeting, the project leaders signed the Work Plan for the first six months, the Communication Plan and the Project Budget, with minor adjustments introduced.

The participants also agreed the date of the kick-off event, which is scheduled for Sep 25, 2019, and discussed the details of recruiting the MS RTA’s support staff – the Assistant and the Interpreter.
Project participants are looking forward to the first two technical missions of the project scheduled for July 2019.
